Fieldwork notes from Frank G. Nelson, who was on the US Virgin Islands in 1936 and out of curiosity elicited some words and sentences in Negerhollands. The notes list words, sentences, and in some cases short texts, all elicited from 7 subjects (including full names, age and place names). The words and sentences are sorted by subject. The Negerhollands parts have mainly been written down according to Anglo-Saxon letter-sound correspondences. Nelson was not familiar with Negerhollands which resulted in the situation that some word boundaries have been placed incorrectly.
